Cancellations 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. 24–48 hours notice receives a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours receive no refund. No-shows forfeit the full fare.
If you do not arrive for your booking, the driver will wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled time before departing. The driver will receive 100% of the fare in this case.
