Frequently Asked Questions
Domestic / International /Home Service ?
Domestic arrivals: Your driver will be waiting for you inside the airport terminal at the bottom of the escalators and will be holding a sign with your name or company name on it. International arrivals: will be met by your driver at the arrivals area with a sign with your name or company name on it. Office/home: Your driver will be waiting for you outside of your premises at least 5 minutes before your booking and will not make contact unless requested prior.
What happens if I am running late ?
Airport: We monitor the arrival time for your flight. Please make sure you meet your driver after you have landed. If you have further delays which won’t allow you to make contact, please call us immediately. Office/Home: Your driver will wait five minutes past the booking time before contacting you.
Prepayment ?
This may be required for various reasons.
What are your refund and/or cancellation policies ?
If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice NO REFUND. If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours a 50% REFUND. If a booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice a FULL REFUND.
What happens in the event of a no show ?
If you fail to contact your driver at the agreed location, and do not contact us prior to the booking time, the driver may receive 100% of the full amount of the fare.
Can I make a booking over the phone after business hours/late night ?
We do take calls 24 hours a day or you may make a booking online anytime, allowing up to 24 hours for the booking to be finalised you will receive a confirmation email once completed.
